Ok, since I wasn't at school on Thursday, I decided to read one of the articles that was on The Blog. I choose to read about "60 Ways to Inspire Your Photography." I'd like to share some of the tips that the article mentioned.
Photoshop is a great way to play with different settings, and you can really do a lot with it. If you take a color picture you could change it to being black and white. Also you could change colors, make something brighter or duller.
Looking at your surroundings can really get some inspirations from your environment. Try looking at things from a different point of veiw. Try zooming in on an object to give it some texture and a different perspective.
Go to a different location. If you always shoot in your house, thats all the inspiration you have. Try going outside, or maybe even to the zoo. What I do is go out to our farm, so i have a wide variety of images.
